Yes. The cord can crease or tangle a little in transit. A garment steamer smooths it out; message us and we'll send step-by-step help.
How do I hang it?
It's ready to hang: two sawtooth hangers on the back of the wooden bar go onto two nails or picture hooks (not included), so it sits straight on the wall.

Sizes 31.5" (80 cm) wide and up have a wooden bar hinged in the middle, so they fold for shipping and travel in a compact box. Unfold the bar and it's ready to hang; the center joint is carefully finished and barely visible from the front. Two sawtooth hangers on the back of the bar go onto two nails or picture hooks (not included), so it sits straight on the wall. The cords may arrive a little tangled or creased from shipping.
